New Online Ordering Platform

We are very excited to announce our new online ordering platform for delivery or pick up orders. We have also partnered with a worker-owned independent coop of bike messengers to provide our carbon free delivery service.  We we would like to deliver to everyone, everywhere but for now we are limited to Lower Queen Anne, South Lake Union, Downtown Core, Capital Hill & SODO neighborhoods, you can view our delivery area here.

As many of you may be aware 3rd Party Ordering/Delivery Platforms have become the standard for restaurants in these challenging times.  These Platforms take a percentage of revenue from every order.  In addition, a percentage comes out of the courier’s end and ultimately the front end service fees, delivery fees and other fees applied by these 3rd Party Platforms put a great deal of unnecessary charges on the end user, YOU.  In the days of Covid-19, online ordering and delivery have become the dominant form of customer engagement making this percentage painful but even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service for our valuable Sandwich Junkies.    With our new platform you are charged a nominal % fee* for delivery and that’s it.  There is no middle-person, no % of revenue taken out of our end, 100% of tips as well as 75% of delivery fees* go to Couriers  AND you get to use your Sandwich Junkie Rewards Number all while supporting a small, independent, Seattle based effort to create an equitable community for the mutual benefit of all.  This saves you money, us money and provides a much more equitable revenue for our couriers while also allowing us to provide the customer service you expect from Delicatus.

Expanded Delivery hours start 8/10

Starting Monday 8/10 we will be expanding our hours for delivery and pick up to 7pm because Sandwiches are good for dinner too! We will be limited to online ordering only from 3pm-7pm with our outside patio open from 11am – 3pm.
